Step 2: Scanning and analyzing your device

When your device is detected by the software, you will come to window as follow. Read the tips cautiously. When your mobile battery has no issue, you only need to click “Start” to start analyzing data in your cellphone.

Following the analyzing, you will find a popping request on your device. Click on “Allow”, then back to your pc , click “Start” to begin scanning.

 

Step 3: Preview and Android Text message recovering

A short time later, the scanning result will be displayed like the image below. To confirm which ones you’d like to retrieve, you can preview the data one by one before retrieval. Tick these you would like and click “Recover” to save them in your computer.
